Welcome to Image2Vector. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.

1. Description of Service

Image2Vector is an online service that converts raster images (PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF) to scalable vector graphics (SVG). We offer:

Free Tier: 1 conversion per day
Pro Tier: Unlimited conversions, bulk upload, API access

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Image2Vector, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Image2Vector, you agree to:

Only upload images you have the right to convert
Not use the service for illegal purposes
Not attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
Not abuse the API or automated access
Not reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You may NOT use Image2Vector to:

Convert copyrighted material without permission
Process content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
Automate access beyond the provided API
Share or sell your API key to others
Attempt to disrupt or damage the service

5. Intellectual Property

a) Service Ownership

Image2Vector, including its design, code, and trademarks, is owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service without permission.

b) User Content

You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to convert these images.

c) Output Files

SVG files generated by our service are yours to use commercially or personally. We do not claim any rights to converted files.

6. Paid Subscriptions

a) Pro Features

Pro subscriptions ($9.99/month) include:

Unlimited conversions
Bulk upload (up to 50 files)
API access with API key
Priority support

b) Billing & Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically monthly
You can cancel anytime from your Paddle account
No refunds for partial months
Prices may change with 30 days notice

c>Refund Policy

            Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds are only available within 14 days of purchase if you've used less than 10 conversions. Contact support@image2vector.app for refund requests.
        

7. Service Availability

a) Uptime

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend service for maintenance without liability.

b) Rate Limits

Free users: 1 conversion per day
Pro users: Unlimited conversions within reason
API: 100 requests per minute per API key

8. Termination

a) By You

You may stop using the service at any time. Cancel Pro subscriptions from your Paddle account.

b) By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Disclaimers & Warranties

a>Service Quality

Image2Vector is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

Conversion quality or accuracy
Uninterrupted service
Error-free operation

b) No Warranties

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for:

Lost data or corrupted files
Business interruption or lost profits
Conversion quality issues
Third-party service disruptions

Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD.

11. Privacy & Data

Your use of Image2Vector is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify Pro users of significant changes via email.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by EU law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

15. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any part of these terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
