Figma has a built-in Vectorize command that turns an image into editable vector layers. Figma's help center says it's available on all paid plans to anyone with edit access, and it uses Figma AI credits. Without a paid plan, use a tracing plugin such as Image2Vector, or convert the image to SVG outside Figma and paste it in.
